In every assignment we undertake, the client should receive benefits from our involvement such that the time and money they invest in our services is insignificant in comparison.
For every assignment we undertake, the benefits should be measurable, achieved in a shorter time frame than they would have been without us; and clearly related to the specific goals of the client’s organization.
Every activity and product in which we engage with a client will be designed such that when we "leave," the client is in a position to carry on successfully without us.
Synchronix Technologies Inc. has not fulfilled its responsibility to a client until all of the following have been accomplished:
The client has a solid understanding of the use of what we have delivered.
The client has experienced "success" in the development and/or the implementation of the solution.
The client is confident in their ability to proceed and succeed.
The client’s organization has measured significant improvements relative to its goal as a result of using our services.
Lisa Scheinkopf, a colleague and friend of ours, and author of "Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use," first articulated these principles. We have not been able to improve on them.
